2 Weeks Waiting

Too quick to accept business yet not bothered to offer support. Highly disappointed I still haven't received my replacement router still waiting for 2 weeks. But when I signed up I received it the following day. Your lack of empathy is beyond my understanding. I am stuck with a faulty router that I cannot use yet I signed for the wifi service for a reason to use it.
