2 payments in a span of 30 days? Wifi gets cut off when you dont comply even though your payment track record is perfect?? FIX

Can someone please fix my debit order, this is getting insane. I paid a bill on the 25th of May, I had to make a promise to pay on the 20th of May to pay on the 25th, which is something that I never had to do before because my payments are ALWAYS on time, my invoicr was added on my rain website yesterday, but today I have to pay again?? Please fix this Rain.. it does not help to talk to your customer service agents, they do not know what they are talking about and keep telling us someone will get back to us but no-one does. My payment date is set for the 1st of each month and I have never had my wifi cut off because I did not settle a payment, from last month this problem started occurring and it needs to be fixed ASAP. I am not paying twice within a 30 day period!! Go check my invoices Rain.
