Rain has the worst support I have ever seen. I have been without Wifi/LTE for about a week now. They do not update you on your issue. Telling you to reboot and try again. Knowing very well, no progress has been made. I am disgusted by how generic your support team sounds and by your lack of care for your customers. We pay you for a service, not excuses. Tickets clearly mean nothing to this ISP. Ticket ***2 I have been waiting for an update, but I have to contact your support or AI, I can't tell the difference. Thanks for nothing, guys, really, have a great festive season and a happy New Year.
