2 - 24 hours activation of 5G modem is a lie!!!

I recently got a 5g modem, after cancelling my contract with Cell because of unreliable service.

Now i have the same issue, on rain's website they advised it should work in 2 - 24hours, guess what? it is not working, now am being told there is a technical glitch, i should wait another 24 hours, and i need internet as in yesterday, i am working from home.
