1mbps, paying for 60mbps

It’s been 6 days now and 5g is down in our area, customer care is not assisting at all, tells me to move the router around and to reset it. YET NO CONNECTION. Line speed of 1mbps and Im paying for 60mbps. Shocking! I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving. Very dissatisfied with this service from Rain.
