Dear Rain it's me again with your incompetence and **** . December I complained I was called to say remaining balance is three hundred and something after I pain full monthly fee I said okay few days later I called to say i cant connect i was begged to stay then end of December i called for you stop the the service at that balance now my balance says one thousand seven hundred and something for what did I connect to the internet since January because your router is red and not connecting I have told you guys that what are you charging me for fix it before i go higher than this and dont try to sweet talk me i dont want your service anymore
