I have subscribed and have been paying for a 2 sim cards of which only 1 is working. I have requested a call so that we can have the payment date moved but nothing happens they always promise a call back but till now nothing. Their network is **** and there is no way one can unsubscribe on their website, however this was their number that one can always unsubscribe at any time. there are no options of working together and i want my money back for all this time that i was promised 2 working sim cards and then boom only 1 works. I know they ignore all of my attempts of getting someone to call me since i do not even remember from when, but I want my money back.

02 Feb 2024, 10:04The person who called me, i informed the lady that she can call me at 12h10 pm on that day and that is the only time i am available during the day. she never called back and she called at her own time that is not convenient. This is unprofessional and very manipulative, extremely unprofessional of all of you lot. This is sickening and very upsetting. Do something or take of my banking details on your website and stop deducting money from my bank account for ******* and Bull****.
