18 days no internet connection

Hi rain from the 16/03/2026 to date no internet connection. Last communicated feedback was 25/03/2026 making it 18 days no internet due to faulty Router. Replacement router supposedly takes 3-5 buisness days. from the 25 is over due by two days and i am going into a public holiday Oh well what can i do but wait hope and pray all while i pay my monthly subscription
