15 days with no service nor feedback! I want my money back!

The 5G router just turned off and could not switch back on and I haven’t enjoyed service from Rain from the 26th of October whilst a payment was debited off my account. Issue raised with Rain however no response has been received I only received emails stating that the issue has been escalated. I need the 5G router collected and myself reimbursed for the days I paid without receiving a service.
