13 GBs disappeared
After being sent from Pillar to Post and eventually being ignored after countless calls to Rain. They are blatantly advancing ********ity at the expense of their customers, who use their hard earned Money, not only to buy Data but using our own airtime to speak to their *********** call centre agents.
I bought 13 Gigabytes of Data on my Rain Mobile SIM Card but after a few weeks of not using the data, the entire 13 GBs have disappeared without any accountability from them.
I have been calling them since April and followed up by calling them in May and June, yet no one has gotten back to me, as they ********ly had promised.
My Call Reference Numbers for the 3 Months are namely,
April 2025: 3T***Nine2Eight8Zero May 2025: 3Three7Three0Nine1One June 2025: 3Four7Two0Zero2Five
After being a loyal Rain Customer, I'm rethinking my client to customer relationship with this Network.
Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention,
We're sorry your rain experience hasn't been as good as expected.
We will be in touch to further assist.
Regards,
rain.

Too many promises, not enough solutions

Unfortunately they are now requesting for a Proof of Payment, as if the payments were made by EFT... Instead this were completed using Capitec Pay, which doesn't offer Proof of Payments.
The real question is why are Rain South Africa employees so lax and indolent to the extent that instead of checking on their own internal systems, they expect the customers to do the work, in an internal fault they've created???
I'm definitely not happy with your company's response and slothful beurocracy when my hard earned money is being ****** from Me

This is what I meant, your billing department is full of indolent and lethargic individuals who can't do their jobs properly. I can't believe it's been over 3 Months, going into the 4th with no solutions in sight!!!!!
I assume I will have to take this up with the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud and the National Consumer Commission... As it is now vividly clear that this devious, ********* and nefarious treatment of customers has gone on for too long.
I've bought these more than 60 Times and given them my descriptive Bank Statement clearly showing these payments, yet their sheer arrogance continues.
Terrible Treatment from a South African Network Provider

I've already sent this information to the aforementioned email, yet no response to date!!!!
Like I mentioned your billing department is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to solving solutions.
It's now becoming a reality that I will have to find a third party, the ones mentioned above to solve this issue. Rain South Africa can't even do the right thing by sending me my SIM data usage history as requested in April. I mean it's July in a few days. This is obviously because they know the fault is on their side and are desperately trying to prolong, in hopes of me forgetting.
Best believe the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud and the National Consumer Commission will be hearing about this soon enough.

As mentioned countless amount of times in the replies above, I have sent all needed information to the email that you have listed. Yet 3 days later, there hasn't been any reply to my email... Instead in a classic delay tactic, you're asking me about something I've already answered.
Are you going to help me with this query or is your reply a knee jerk reaction to the sheer incompetence and disregard by Rain South Africa?

Another measly excuse to to avoid accountability. I sent a descriptive email to the attached email address on the 23rd of June 2025 as requested, sing my personal email address, namely, ***.
Gary we are going to Month Number 5 without a simple query being resolved, my trust in Rain South Africa has diminished to the lowest levels.
Is there a syndicate in your company and billing department meant to prevent this from being uncovered?
