12KM BRAIN DRAIN

I have a Rain 5g router. I have been using it and recently moved. For the month of November, December and January I was unable to use the device as the closest tower with signal is 12 km from where I stay. I have askef numerous times that the contract be cancelled as it is pepaid. Now today I receive an email stating that I am not billed for usage but as per agreement because I have the Router. F YOUR RAIN. COME AND COLLECT YOUR ****!!! YOU CANT RESOLVE THE TECHNICAL ISSUES BUT HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I OWE MONEY. I have absolutely no intention of paying for something I keep reporting and you do not fix!!!
