I app**** for rain data sim card for R250 a month,in April i called in to cancell and take the one for R299 last month they now debiting for both with the total amount of R549 called in to inquire they've been sending from pillar to post told them to check if the R250 sim was working or not in order for them to refund me their response was they won't be able to check , went to the bank tried to reverse the money but its impossible since it shows as an online purchase
