What a pathetic service!! I ordered a Wifi router through Rain on the 28th of July 2023. After 4 failed attempts to have the package delivered by CCD couriers, a month later I have still not received anything!!
Neither Rain nor CCD couriers follow up with me or contact me. I get sms's or emails to say they tried to contact me which is a lie as my phone is right next to me the whole day. When I phone Rain they say the package is with CCD but they will get back to me, which they never do. When I phone CCD I book the delivery and on day of delivery they do not arrive, I once again phone, then CCD tells me that my package has not arrived from Rain.
So who's lying to whom here??

I've had not further Feedback from Rain after yesterday's phone call where I was told I'd be phoned back.
I received a phone call from CCD book the package for delivery , I asked the lady if they have actually found the package which has been missing for more than a month now. She couldn't answer me and said she'll find out and phone me back. It's no 15:00 and have had no further contact.
Pathetic customer Service from both parties!

CCD has called twice to schedule delivery of a package that they are unable to locate and then say they have not yet received it from RAIN!!
I am now beyond fed up!!!
It's been over a month now!
I no longer want this product seeing as there is absolutely no customer service. Cancel everything that you have linked to my ID number and advise CCD that can stop contacting me to book a phantom package.
These 2 companies are absolutely pathetic!!!
