11 days and still waiting to receive a new sim from rain because original sim is faulty !!!!!!!!!

My son logged a call on 12 June to say his sim card is not working in his router after having had it for more than 4 months.

He was told that a courier would collect faulty sim card and deliver a new one.

Up to now 11 days he has been without internet having to inconvenience himself of having to buy data when he is suppose to have wifi.

He was told it would take 3-5 working days

furthermore see to it that he is not billed in full !!!

Get the sim sorted out immediately THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
