101 device doesn't work

I'm really disappointed, my 101 Device arrived on the 2nd of July but till today I still don't have any internet connection it doesn't work. I kept calling support if they are not dropping my calls the keep escalating my matter and promise me someone is going to help me soon. If this is how rain treats urgent matters I'm really torn. Their packages seem so amazing but delivery is below par, I really expected more from this brand but now I'm even considering cancelling my subscription and returning the device.
