Why do the speeds suddenly increase at 6pm? Because it's more expensive. They claim not to throttle speeds but one response is that they allow the best speed according to the amount of users at the time. So if their own company is using their internet would they also have the same speed as us? This is them not being forthcoming with the fact that they in actual fact DO throttle speeds and only allow the bandwidth to more fruititious customers or areas. If you cannot handle the amount of users then limit your capacity because claiming 4G speeds when you're delivering 100kbs during the day and night is embarrassing for a company claiming to do so
