10 months - Cancellation still not processed
I have desperately been trying to cancel a service since 14 Dec 2021, they still haven't collected the router and keep on billing me. It's been 10 months!!!
I've logged so many requests to cancel, they promise to action but never do anything.
Worst support channel ever!!!
