1 year later still in the same place

so its now over a year since my first post here about rain, amazingly nothing has changed or been fixed, my rain router has been disconnected in the cupboard untouched and every month i receive threatening smses for my overdue account and i must pay 2500 today or else legal action will be taken. i have also received many phone calls from operators saying that on the system it shows that i used over 100gigs of data last month therefore i am obligated to pay... but ITS OFF IN THE CUPBOARD UNPLUGGED FOR OVER A YEAR>>>
