1 week no internet connection

I am without connection since Friday night 26 Jan, it’s now Saturday afternoon. I’ve called and spoken to 3 agents (Okuhle, Anathi & I didn’t even bother knowing the 3rd one) one of them told me our tower was down but I was not notified and don’t even know if they are trying to fix it or not. None of these agents have escalated this matter. This is not the first time because 2 weeks ago the same thing happened and lasted 5 days. In 1 month of January I have not had connection for almost a week and will be expected to pay the full amount month end. When I wrote my complaint on this platform last time it took about a day and my connection was restored. Maybe this time is the only way to get their attention. Extremely disappointed
