1-24hrs to activate a SIM card!!!!!!

Purchased the 5G Premium package on Thursday 2 April 2020. RAM couriers delivered the package on Saturday morning 4 April 2020. Late afternoon we decided to power on the device, and guess what, router was just flashing green lights. Looked around for some answers but got nothing and went on with our lives. Sunday 5 April 2020, power on the device again, same flashing lights. Contact Rain via chat, and they tell us we have to wait 1-24hrs to activate the SIM card. We threaten to cancel if the SIM is not activated soon, guy asks for a few details about the SIM and device and then silence!!! Just says look out for an activation email.

MY THOUGHTS: It is absolutely unacceptable that after spending R1000 we must still wait for Rain's lazy behinds to activate a SIM card. Who takes 24hrs to activate a SIM card?? I know Rain will not reply to this but yeah, I'm out!
