0.50megs download worst isp ever

i have been with rain for 3years already,first i had no issues with download speeds.i even took out 2 x R250 packages.then everything changed.your download speeds went down to 0.50 megs.i have logged many calls,email,dashboard,facebook and messenger mails.even before i upgraded to the R479 i asked if this would work better.i never get responses.i am being charged every month for 0.50megs download speeds.i have all the speed tests to prove it. i have followed all your site instructions on positioning my router.i have also tried different routers.the nearest site to me is only 1.23kms away.

this is pathetic from rain.you say its uncapped and un throttled data.theses are all lies.

you do not respond to anything i send.yet you debit every month.
