I was debited on consecutive days in July. Two full premiums. I provided my bank statement and all the proof they needed and they still refuse to refund me. What kind of business are you running there, you cannot be serious! You call and then you are routed to a call centre in India and all they do say anything to get you off the call.

09 Oct 2024, 11:00Thank you for finally giving me my own money back. What should have been an easy resolve within days of alerting you to the error in the beginning of July, ended up being a 3 month ordeal filled with frustration and resorting to public reprimand in order for sanity to prevail. Please get your finance team in order. After being a loyal client for many years, to be treated as if I was either an idiot that could not understand their bank statement or worse as someone unjustly trying to get money from the company, has left me quite disillusioned that RAIN understands customer service or values me as a client.
