0 upload speed idiots are avoiding me not calling back as advised

i still get 0mbps up @ 5000ms and up this is unacceptable

i have been struggling with this router for about 6 months, i asked them to replace it they said technical will call me its 6 months later no call, my dhcp server on this device does not work. my upload is 0mbps, i asked for an external antenna i cannot get one from rain? why should i pay for this.. let me stress this "I AM PAYING FOR A PREMIUM PACKAGE NOT THE BASIC SO I DO NOT SEE WHY I AM NOT A PRIORITY, FURTHER MORE I HAVE A TOTAL OF 3 PACKAGES WITH RAIN WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THEM WHEN THERE IS NO SERVICE AND 0 UPLOAD SPEED"

The upload use to be great sitting around 30mbps and download use to hit 350mbps now it barely sc****s 50mbps down and refuses to do even 1mbps up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell me why should i pay for this service and system if it does not work and rain does nothing to assist!

listen im not using the wifi radio do you understand what is a dhcp server? your router is not working correctly it does not give out ip address because the dam dhcp server does not work. the router has not moved since i have got it so why would the signal change. futher more the sinr is above 22dbs i have been told to try this many times what the hell dont you idiots understand the dam router is faulty.

so what you trying to say you moved the tower? because i didnot move the router. if you read and review my countless calls to your support you will understand unless you have no care please contact me with a proper solution i pay you not for me to troubleshoot your network.

for the 10 time i am not using your wifi radios on the router because it does not work. I have already completed this process of finding the best spot for signal. now i feel you are taking advantage of me. you are doing this by not reading what i typed and advising to complete actions i have completed i will no longer entertain this. and will not communicate. sort out the issue and then i will release payment, thank you have a good day. BTW seems like eskom is your brother
