0 Stars!!! No connection and empty promises!

If I could give this 0 stars I would, this is not even worth 1 star. Your online support page is not helpful at all, and no e-mail address available to try and make contact. 1st issue we had with rain started when it had to be delivered 2nd issue is you horrible connectivity - our power is on more than our connectivity to Rain, and that's saying a lot! 3rd issue is since 3 October our router doesn't even come on, after speaking to a consultant he asked me if we have loadshedding??? Why will I phone if I know there's no power (P.S We had power when I made the call). Then I can't be assisted even though we've already went through the whole process and logged in (the account is on my husband's name)

We will be cancelling our subscription as we are getting no where and it's been 2 days now! Promises of phoning my husband have not been done!
