Pros : - Fast Internet when it works

Cons : - No Customer Support - 9 Support Tickets logged over 3 weeks and no response - When you say you are struggling with internet they factory reset your router ???? Clearly not the most computer savvy support staff - They deduct a large sum of money from your bank account every month and do not provide a service in return - Their facebook team replies to your first message but does not reply after that - Internet drops about 15-20 times a day for 5-15 minutes every time - They do not answer their phones - The Chat function on their site takes about 2 hours to get help , and has now been turned off obviously due to the pathetic service - When the support staff finally speaks to you , they tell you there is a problem with the signal tower but do nothing about it

In summary this service is clearly a complete money grab , it is a service implemented by people who do not possess the s****s/qualifications required to provide such a service. They do not care about you , your internet speeds , or the quality of service they provide . They care about your money , which they have no problem taking . The support staff is not qualified and does not have a good understanding of what is going on. I am absolutely irate with the experience i have had from rain so far. PLEASE No matter how badly you want 5g because of the speed DO NOT USE RAIN , the only thing they will provide you with is an expensive router that doesn't work and an empty pocket
