I would prefer to give them a 0 rating, That would properly describe the amount of service delivery they give. quick and easy to take my money every month but give 0 ****s to what the customer actually pays for. I have made 6 complaints regarding issues over the past 4 months, i am still waiting for any kind of resolution. I logged on yesterday only to discover that my router is apparently connected to a tower in a completely different province, 232kms away. Go figure. If you cant deliver the service you promise rather close your doors instead of *****ing peoples money that are actually trying to find a service that works. Your company and service is absolute trash, I am definitely going to be going further with this.
