0% Customer Service Rain Sucks
0% Customer Service.Their systems are down so cannot see my payment from their link which is immediate but they cut off your connection.Think call centres are overseas as one guy had a serious accent and couldnt assist.They do not have a turn around time but im assured im within the turn around time.Meanwhile they have my payment and I have no service.Been trying to upgrade to 5G for over 5 months aswell no replies....
