I am now sharing my comment from my previous post as a new post as my previous comment was completely ignored...

So... I have requested numerous follow ups... NOTHING........ They are charging me for the more expensive package. Said they would credit the double charges but didnt. There MATHS doesnt even add up because they want to credit HALF of what I should be getting.........

I cancelled the expensive package specifically and kept the older device to ensure I was using the right package.....
