Constant Outages and No Resolution.

We contracted this ISP in December 2025 for both our home and office. Almost every month, our internet was down for days, with the issue repeatedly blamed on “Openserve.” After establishing that Openserve was not the problem, the ISP was silent on the matter. After being without internet for 7 days, we switched to another ISP, and our connection was restored using the same Openserve line. The ongoing outages caused significant personal and professional disruption and financial losses.
