Absolutely disgraceful service – avoid Quirknet at all costs

If I could have awarded a negative score, I would!

I cannot strongly enough advise people not to do business with Quirknet.

We have now been without internet for three weeks.

During this entire ordeal, there has been virtually no meaningful human support. Most of the responses have been generic, AI-style replies that do not actually resolve the problem. The shortest response time to one of our emails was six days, and several follow-up emails have simply gone unanswered.

Quirknet eventually informed us that the line had supposedly been “restored long ago”, yet they have still refused to confirm when it was actually restored. More importantly, despite their claim that the line is up, we still have absolutely no internet service.

We have followed every troubleshooting step provided by their AI bot. We have checked everything on our side and done exactly what was requested. The result remains the same: no internet.

Instead of providing practical assistance, Quirknet continues to stall, deflect and repeat that the line is active. If the line is supposedly active, then why is there still no internet feed? And why will they not provide a technician to actually come out, inspect the connection and resolve the problem?

At this point, repeating that the line was “restored long ago” is meaningless when the paying customer still cannot access the service.

Their complete lack of urgency, communication, accountability and willingness to provide proper technical support is astonishing. We have repeatedly requested assistance from an actual technician or competent human being, yet this has not been provided.

We are paying for an internet service that we simply do not have.

What makes this even worse is the attitude once we decided to move away from them. Instead of urgently trying to resolve the service failure that caused the cancellation in the first place, they have been obstructive, uncooperative and more concerned with processes and excuses than restoring a service we are paying for.

Three weeks without internet, almost no human communication, emails ignored for days, no technician, no working connection, and still no proper explanation.

This is not customer service. It is a complete failure to deliver.

Nobody should have to fight this hard simply to receive the internet service they are paying for.

Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Quirknet look elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable and a disgraceful level of "service". There is none. Only excuses and "passing the ball."
