Treated like trash

On the 14th December 2017, I went to an interview at Quest and I was interviewed by Lerato Kabiya who showed no interest in me during the interview because there was no eye contact at all and that alone made me feel like nothing. The interview was supposed to be at 8am but was only interviewed at 11am. On the 11th January 2018 I phoned her to check if she hasn't got anything for me she said, there's one position which requires 150 credits and the short term insurance experience. I explained what I have and she asked me to give her my id number and the contact number and promised to phone me back which she never did. On Monday the 15th I phoned again and did not ask to speak to Lerato just explained to the lady who answered the phone that I am looking for a job and explained what I've done before, she asked for my name and asked me to stay on the line while she was transferring my call to the consultants, While I was still holding I heard the consultants talking from the background one of them said "Uyadelela loyo and baningi abantu abafuna umsebenzi" meaning "that one is disrespectful and there's a lot of people who are looking for a job". I did not understand and still do not understand why because they never worked with me before and they do not know me. One of them by the name Nomtha attended my call and I told her I am looking for a job before I could finish the sentence she attacked me and said "I do not like the way you speak" I was so confused because she did not even give me a chance to finish what I was saying. continued and she was very rude telling me to raise my voice and that when I phone I must speak louder, I politely said it's the place that I am at, before I could finish again she said "then you must phone when it's convenient". she asked me to send her my Cv because she is dealing with sales and the positions are urgent in the next 15 minutes she will give me a call. She was very rude on the phone because she was proving a point to her colleagues that she can handle me as they've already said I am disrespectful. I knew that I was played a fool but I sent her my Cv and she never phoned nor did she send an email. I am unemployed and that doesn't mean I must be a victim to anybody or give them the right to treat me like nothing and make me a fool or say whatever they want to say because their colleague Lerato did not like me the first time she saw me. They should have told me they can't assist me from the beginning because I am using my money to phone and my time as well. Being unemployed doesn't mean i must be treated like a nobody and doesn't give Nomtha an authority to play me a fool and to speak to me the way she wants. She is very very rude.
