I was under Quest Agency from September 2024 and the contract with our company had ended on the 31 May 2026, for all these period QUEST has been deducting R51 for a funeral cover from my persal but to my surprise one of HR team who was responsible for our salaries and everything between QUEST and our company informed us that as of 31 May 2026 I will no longer have a funeral cover with their company yet again when they were paying leave days balance salaries,which was on 30 June 2026 they have deducted the R51 still. How does this makes sense?? I need a refund if I'm not gonna benefit on a policy that I have paid for 22 months.
