Non payment

I worked for Quest Recruitment my contract ended on the 25th of January 2023 and I contacted Nel on the 25 of February she promised I will be paid on the 25th of March and I was never paid contact her and she told me she was on holiday and I waited to me only told today that I will be paid now on the 25th of April. How is it fair on me to be waiting for this long???
