Bad service

In 2013 I took my brother to quest in boksburg ans they found a job for him but only worked for a day. Later he decided to go back home in Limpopo were he found a job in the mines until he was retrenched this year due to covid pandemic. In june he went to labour department to apply for UIF but he was told that he is still employed. I called quest and one of the agent transfers me to Ishmail who never picks up the phone. Now my brother can not get UIF and quest is not willing to help us and I hope they did not apply for TERS on his behalf or else I am coming for you with EFF
