Unresolved Claim Good day PylonTech Team, I am writing to urgently request the replacement of two 5kWh PylonTech batteries that carry a 10-year guarantee.Both batteries became swollen and were sent back for a warranty claim more than six (6) months ago. Despite this significant amount of time, we have not received our replacements or a proper resolution.Please arrange for two new replacement batteries to be sent to us immediately.Battery Details for Investigation:Product: 5kWh Batteries (x2)Warranty: 10-Year GuaranteeSerial Number 1: K223090C***0Serial Number 2: K226021C***8Please contact me urgently to confirm when the replacement units will be dispatched.

NO WARRANTY ON PYLONTECH BATTERIES, SERGEN SOLAR WITH BAD SERVICE
Pylontech don't have any warranty on their batteries; they only give an excuse of "misuse" and you wasted your money. Worst lithium batteries ever. DO NOT BUY PYLONTECH batteries. AND Sergen Solar is their agent in SA, and their service is just as bad as the warranty. Their communication is the worst, it looks like they know what is going to happen when you have a warranty claim, and they handle you so badly and just want to get you out. ALSO THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE AT SERGEN SOLAR

Pylontech don't have any warranty on their batteries; they only give an excuse of "misuse" and you wasted your money. Worst lithium batteries ever. DO NOT BUY PYLONTECH batteries. Pylontech batteries are a BIG NO NO!!!
Do not but these batteries. I installed a solar system with 4 Pylontech batteries in July 2021. The first batt died 2025 and Feb 2026 another 1 died, not even halfway into their supposed "warranty" and 50% off the batteries I bought died on me. On top of this I have to hear that they don't have stock and as a result I'm waiting a little over a month now for a replacement all the while my electricity bill is higher each month because of 1 less battery. Again, DO NOT BUY these PYLONTECH batteries. Take it from me, I have paid the school fees on your behalf, say thank you and look elsewhere.

Peltontech stole my money
Ordered a Dewi pedestal from their site on 30 Nov 2025 Paid in full. Delivery was noted to be in 3 -5 days. It is 17 December and no feedback from them! I tried getting hold of them through the chatbot on their site, via Facebook messenger and a cell nr I found while searching for information regarding their business. No reply or feedback !!!!
