Pylontech don't have any warranty on their batteries; they only give an excuse of "misuse" and you wasted your money. Worst lithium batteries ever.

DO NOT BUY PYLONTECH batteries. AND Sergen Solar is their agent in SA, and their service is just as bad as the warranty. Their communication is the worst, it looks like they know what is going to happen when you have a warranty claim, and they handle you so badly and just want to get you out.
