No refund

There service is grate Received the device Took it to a shop so they transfer my old phone to the new one The place *****d it up at the end locking thae phone Returnd the phone to them They requested another R350 after paying R1079 ASKED about the refund they said no refund So not usesing or having the device you don't get a refund ?
