UNPROFESSIONAL! POOR SERVICE!

I would advise anyone who is looking for an ISP to NOT USE ProPabx!! NO customer service - 5 days to attend to a call out. This caused damage to our businesses for months. Very unprofessional! When we cancelled our contract in MAY - they ignored our cancellation and kept on invoicing us until August. Then they refused to hand over the fibre to the new ISP. They billed us for VOIP charged but refuse to supply itemized billing for the amount. They keep on ignoring us. Yet they advertise: " We strive to provide all our clients with state-of-the-art products and services to help customers realise cost savings through alternate voice carriers,..."
