I'm Phikolomzi Ndabeni on Comprehensive cover with PrimeSa my car hit a stray animal on the 29/5/2026 the claim was approved and gave a go ahead on the 26th of June but till now the repare shop has not received parts/panels from PrimeSa since they supply they promised the 5th of August but still there's nothing received but they keep apologizing to me on phone😭😭😭😭😭

Andiswa Mhaleni who is still under supervision but I forgot that in the few minutes during the call she was professional and she exceeded my expectations loved her service from start to finish and didn’t even feel that the call was 30 minutes long

I would recommend Prime insurance above all other insurers. My experience with them in the last year has been nothing short of phenomenal! They offer insurance & peace of mind, and stand by those words! I've had two unfortunate car claims in a year, and they've been there for me through this difficult time from start to superior finish! Well done to all @ Prime SA, your service is unbeatable. And your premiums are affordable, even for single mothers. Thank you, may your business flourish even more !!!
