Once you make a deposit and make a profit when you try to withdraw they will block your account and say your account is under review how do you review my account that time the winnings are from my own betting and not any of their bonus

I would like to say I'm very disappointed in playa bets, I registered an account with them I made a deposit of 2000 and I lost now on Saturday I bought another voucher of R1000 I played and won and I received 100 free spins at a value of 6 each however when trying to make a deposit I was told that my account is closed due to irregular betting, and what is ****ing me off is that I got that money for a Matric Dance I then decided to purchase a voucher hoping to make more, now i lost the 1000 that was deposited, please advise on what to do as Matric Dance is on Friday and my parents knows that I made a payment. What further steps can I take for them to refund my 1000 and they can keep the rest as well as their free spins

No remorse or sympathy from Playabets
Two months ago, I won money through the pragmatic prize drop, on the T&Cs it said it would be loaded the following Thursday - long story short it wasn’t, Ive been speaking to the support team every week since then and its a different story, “we waiting for pragmatic, theres system issues, we cant give you a turnaround time” Fast forward to yesterday, I deposited 2k and accidentally opted for the deposit bonus - Now I didn’t want that because Im aware of the implications of these bonuses and the wagering amounts to be able to withdraw. So I reached out to the support team and asked where is my bonus and I would like opt out, only to wake up the next morning with no resolution. After 3 years of pointless back and forth with the support team I am told “sorry you cant withdraw your amounts, if you cancel the bonus you lose the deposit” basically Im forced to be stuck with the bonus and my funds are held hostage. Im fighting back and there is no understanding or courtesy and Im being told basically “your money is ours, only if you win you can withdraw” So I had to play R2000 finish, where I was forced to play and lose it- just to get a bonus that I have to wager until 15k to withdraw, keep in mind a bonus I didn’t want in the first place and was accidentally opted into. No remorse or understanding from Playabets, now Im forcefully R2000 down that I couldn’t withdraw at all bc there is no heart from Playabets

I spend over R4000 on the site and have nothing to show, they just take from you and give nothing back. It is daylight *******.
