Pick it now real ****
Pick it now is a real ****. I ordered jeans through ***.co.za since July 2026.I sent several emails to them to make follow up and Phakamile Ncube responded to say it is on delivery.The email was *** which made me to relax a bit although waited long. After a week I sent another email abd another until Suzie responded to apologize saying same story it's on delivery. To cut long story short I was promised delivery after 7 working days which I waited and nothing came through. I then decided to cancel order in September and I was still promised to wait for 7 more days and until today I'm still waiting for no refund. Now they decided they are not responding cos empty promises in the end started showing up. Question I asked was why is your online still active when you know you won't deliver unless you know it's there to **** people?today the 12 Oct 2026 That online has to be shut down because people are losing they're by buying nothing but AIR and deceit.

I placed an order on the 25th of August since now I haven't received my order there's no communication i can't even track my order they didn't send the tracking number... I want my money back

Very disappointed I ordered on the 1st of June till today I haven't received my order.they don't respond emails,calls and whatsapp.they are ****mers. if you track your order it's says it not packed yet

I placed an order with Pick It Now on 8 May and to date I have received no delivery, no feedback, and absolutely no communication. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and even WhatsApp messages receive no response. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and proper service after making payment. I strongly warn unsuspecting customers to be cautious before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, this feels completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Until they improve their customer service and communication, I would not recommend anyone engage with this online business. In fact they are not a business but an online **** hope police and SIU catch them for financial crimes

I placed an order with Pick It on 9 April and have received absolutely no feedback or communication since then. No updates, no delivery, nothing. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service and then be completely ignored. At this point, it honestly feels like a ****. Customer service is non-existent, and there’s no accountability. I would not recommend using Pick It at all. Save your money and avoid the stress.
