I placed an order with Pick It Now on 8 May and to date I have received no delivery, no feedback, and absolutely no communication. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and even WhatsApp messages receive no response.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and proper service after making payment.

I strongly warn unsuspecting customers to be cautious before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, this feels completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Until they improve their customer service and communication, I would not recommend anyone engage with this online business. In fact they are not a business but an online **** hope police and SIU catch them for financial crimes
