**** alert! Pick it now!

I placed an order with Pick It on 9 April and have received absolutely no feedback or communication since then. No updates, no delivery, nothing.

It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service and then be completely ignored. At this point, it honestly feels like a ****. Customer service is non-existent, and there’s no accountability.

I would not recommend using Pick It at all. Save your money and avoid the stress.
