Useless service

They are very useless. I have paid R500 for a 500 gig and bought a sim card and all I get is send us your router IMEI number, Sim number, and we will escalate to support. Support just close the ticket and when you chat to a bot they reopen it. All I need right now is my refund they can take their ticket number back BO019073. I would not recommend these ****mers
