Poor Customer Support

Ported number from Capitec to Pi by MTN, 21 days later still no service getting a RICA error despite sim being RICA'ed. only way to reach support department is via Chatbot on website, after logging a ticket have to 24 to 48 hours for a half baked answer which doesnt solve the issue at hand
