EXTREMELY BAD AND ****** EXPERIENCE
I was at panarottis lenasia on the 31st with my husband later in the evening. The service was so disappointing and I almost left without eating. 1st there was no one to welcome us at the door though there was a man by the counter at the door I'm assuming it's the manager. We sat for over 5min no one giving us attention till we had to call someone to assist. Girl wasn't even kind and suddenly there was another waitress serving us... The 1st one disappeared. The food took really long to arrive and when it did it wasn't really nice. The pasta was soaking in water. Above all what I noticed and felt was the evident ******. The entire place was packed with Indian families which is nice but the staff only pays attention to Indian customers. We felt so so unwelcomed almost as if we didn't exist. I have never been in a place where I'm treated differently to the other race and it was so disappointing. Though the staff is also black but it seems they also have been programmed that the only important customers are Indians and they should disregard black people. Will I ever set foot at this particular restaurant .. Absolutely NOT.

Cheese Soup Swimming Pasta & 45min Waiting
Trade Route Panarottis: I probably have been here atleast a dozen times -Mainly for my two bous's plain area, but have never experienced such a disheartening service. Waited 45min for a meal that usually takes them 20min, (no apologies, no explanations), and though our waitress disappeared for that whole period and resurfaced by serving people that arrived after us, I couldn't even express my disappointment because she is heavily pregnant and appears exhausted. The cherry on top was that the spicy prawn & sausage pasta arrived appearing like a cheese soup (I have the sad pictures), it was basically pasta immersed in an ocean of cheese sauce. I was in disbelief. I told the manager who was a timid guy with saying pants. We had a language barrier but he kept agreeing to my request and the plate returned with added cheese. Today was such a shocking experience
