EXTREMELY BAD AND ****** EXPERIENCE

I was at panarottis lenasia on the 31st with my husband later in the evening. The service was so disappointing and I almost left without eating. 1st there was no one to welcome us at the door though there was a man by the counter at the door I'm assuming it's the manager. We sat for over 5min no one giving us attention till we had to call someone to assist. Girl wasn't even kind and suddenly there was another waitress serving us... The 1st one disappeared. The food took really long to arrive and when it did it wasn't really nice. The pasta was soaking in water. Above all what I noticed and felt was the evident ******. The entire place was packed with Indian families which is nice but the staff only pays attention to Indian customers. We felt so so unwelcomed almost as if we didn't exist. I have never been in a place where I'm treated differently to the other race and it was so disappointing. Though the staff is also black but it seems they also have been programmed that the only important customers are Indians and they should disregard black people. Will I ever set foot at this particular restaurant .. Absolutely NOT.
