Worst wifi company

I took out a lte package with this wifi company and after using it for a week I noticed my data was depleting at ridiculous rate, basically they're cheats, so I cancelled and had to give a one month's notice. Also yes I agree I didn't understand the payment method I chose but paid them manually and provided them with a POP and they still deducted from me and wanted to credit me, instead of refunding me but how can they credit me for the next month if I ended my contract with them. Honestly would not recommend anyone to go with this company their customer service completely bull****, they never call back to handle queries, worst experience I had with a business.
