****MERS!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Months after I have cancelled after receiving the worst **** deal, I am still getting emails uploading all my details to their client portal as a registered client! You will never ever be able to speak to a real person ONLY WHATSAPP! They will never refund your money for a defunct faulty product and no matter how much you report them you will have no joy whatsoever! They hassle you endlessly with BS!

Openweb turn around 12 hours

My internet went off this morning at 8:30. I tried phoning OpenWeb but just connected to the bot. An email was sent with the ticket number ***9 and I was guided to reset the router but what the service provider does not tell you is that the service provider block you from the admin account on routers so you cant access the router to reset it. I work from home and need the internet. A turn around time of 12 hours is totally unacceptable.

Openweb - *****s

What a bunch of *****s! Do not waste your time and money with these people. I have made a payment on 10/06/2026 and was not granted my full 30-day data usage as confirmed in an email instead they closed my account. When requesting for a refund of the 10 days service they did not provide i get no answer. Will be taking this further.

OpenWeb / VeriCred — Alleged Ghost Account From 2022–2024 Must Be Proven, Not Forced Onto Me

I am raising a serious complaint regarding OpenWeb and VeriCred Solutions contacting me about an alleged account that I do not recognise as a valid debt. I was contacted and told that I allegedly had an account linked to OpenWeb for the period around 2022 to 2024. I strongly dispute this. During that period, I was not available in the country, and I do not recall opening, using, renewing, paying for, or benefiting from any such service. The only relationship I remember with OpenWeb was a reseller account, and that account never generated sales or active customer services from my side. I do not remember buying internet services from OpenWeb, and I certainly do not remember agreeing to an account that would create a debt now being handed to VeriCred. For years, my internet usage has been with Rain. The other internet companies I remember dealing with historically were Cybersmart and Axxess, and those accounts were handled properly. I also use offs**** service providers for many of my online services. So I am confused as to where this alleged OpenWeb debt suddenly comes from. What concerns me even more is that my ID was previously circulated without my control, and I have reason to be cautious about any account allegedly created using my personal details. My credit profile knows me better than random calls from people I do not know. I do not owe people I do not recognise, and I will not be pressured into paying for an account that has not been properly proven. I am requesting OpenWeb and VeriCred to provide the following documents before making any further demand: The signed contract or digital agreement showing that I personally opened this account. The full account history from opening date to closure date. Proof of service delivery, including service address, IP usage, invoices, payment history, and login records. Proof that the alleged account was active and used by me. Proof that I acknowledged this debt at any stage. Proof that VeriCred has the legal right to collect on this alleged account. VeriCred’s debt collector registration details. A full breakdown of the alleged amount, including capital, interest, admin fees, collection fees, and dates. Until this is provided, I reject the alleged account and I reject any collection pressure. I also request that no negative listing, tracing action, harassment, repeated calls, or collection escalation be done while this matter is under formal dispute. If this alleged account is old, disputed, unproven, or possibly prescribed, then attempting to collect it without proper proof is unacceptable. This feels like a ghost account suddenly appearing when companies are desperate to collect money from whoever they can find. That is not how proper business works. You cannot just call someone years later and expect payment without evidence. OpenWeb and VeriCred must either provide clear proof or close this matter permanently. I want written confirmation that this alleged account has been placed under dispute and that no further collection action will continue until proper proof has been supp****.

Worst service ever, what a disgrace

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider, I received my sim on Friday 19/06/2026 the sim worked wonders for the weekend come 22/06/2026 I get a text that my data has depleted, I reach out to them they claim wrong VPN used hence the error by then I still had about 103gig night data that worked very well with the same VPN I know that because I had to wake up in the middle of the night to check. 3 days just 3 days, what does consumer protection act say about this we are mos allowed to cancel and get refunded if we not happy with the product within 3-7 days
