Worst service every

I have never felt so helpless. The service rendered by OpenWeb is shockingly bad. Since signing up with them on LTE Wifi there has not been a single month without some issue. In total, I have had 13 days without internet connectivity since 24 August 2020 - 30 November 2020. The standard response I get is that they will reset my router and that I should power down for 30 minutes and try again. This never works and I have had to spend thousands of rands to buy mobile data for my phone in order to create a mobile hotspot just to be able to work. I have lodged a complaint with ICASA as well as the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. If you are looking for an internet provider, keep looking!
